Media accreditation for Round 3
Media accreditation for Round 3 of the Royal Drift Series is now open. The event will take place on September 3-6 at Ningbo International Circuit in Ningbo. Accreditation is mandatory for all media representatives covering the competition and training sessions (including TV channels, magazines, online publications, photographers, videographers, bloggers, and influencers), as well as for photographers and operators accompanying drivers and teams.
Why accreditation matters
Access to the service park (Paddock), trackside filming zones, and the media center is granted exclusively based on a pre-approved media list. Accreditation is issued individually for each media representative; group registration is not available.
Must read:
Before submitting an application, every media representative must review the Media Code of Conduct for the Royal Drift Series. This document outlines the rules for accredited media on site: filming locations, movement procedures around the track, safety requirements, restrictions on broadcasting and content creation, interview protocols, and contact details of responsible personnel on race day.
How to apply. Three simple steps:
1. Register on the royalds.cn portal: click the "Login" button in the top right corner.
- Click "Login via WeChat" and complete a quick and convenient registration through WeChat
- Then be sure to link your email address (you will receive all important notifications there)
2. Go to the "Documents" section and click the "Media Accreditation" button. Fill in all fields of the accreditation application form and click "Submit Application"
3. Wait for a response to your application. We will send it directly to your personal account on the royalds.cn portal. You will also receive a notification to your email address. The message will contain all the necessary information for working at the competition.
